  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the salmon. Cut the fresh salmon into chunks.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon chunks, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into balls, approximately 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake the salmon balls in a preheated oven at 375ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While the salmon balls are baking, blend the ripe avocado, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and lime juice until smooth for the sauce.
