- 8 oz elbow macaroni

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Mix the shredded cooked chicken with BBQ sauce in a large bowl until thoroughly coated.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- In a saucepan, melt cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, and 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese over medium heat until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the cooked macaroni, BBQ chicken mixture, and cheese sauce in a large bowl. Pour into a greased casserole dish, top with remaining cheddar cheese, and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
