  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp, seasoning with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  2. In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and juice of 1 lime. Toss gently to mix.
  3. In a small bowl, combine additional lime juice with hot sauce, stir well, and adjust for heat preference.
