Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with butter or non-stick spray. Whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine apple cider, sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients gradually, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter for the topping.
