- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pita bread for serving
- Fresh lettuce, chopped
- Tomato, diced
- Onion, thinly sliced
- Tahini or garlic sauce
Instructions
- Combine minced garlic, paprika, cumin, coriander, chili powder, cinnamon, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken thighs and coat well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight for the best flavor.
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken thighs and grill for 6-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and have nice grill marks. Remove from heat and let rest.
