Description

Summer Fruit Salad: A Refreshing and Colorful Delight bursting with seasonal fruits, perfect for cooling down on hot days.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare the fruits by hulling the strawberries, dicing the kiwi, and chopping the pineapple.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the chopped fruits and gently toss to mix.
  3. Pour fresh orange juice over the mixed fruits and fold gently to combine.
  4. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
