  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound of your favorite pasta (penne, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
