Description

This Cucumber Strawberry Salad is a delightful blend of juicy strawberries and refreshing cucumbers dressed in a light vinaigrette, making it a perfect summer dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them thinly for uniform pieces.
  2. Remove hulls from strawberries and slice them into halves or quarters.
