- 2β3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil (or canola oil)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add eggs and oil to the mashed bananas and mix well.
- Pour in the Pillsbury Banana Bread Mix and gently stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.

- For best results, use very ripe bananas. The more ripe, the sweeter and more flavorful your banana bread will be.
